Aerial Fabric Basics
This aerial fabric basic intensive is designed to build from the ground up. We will get you upside down and flying while building strength and flexibility. As the student progresses throughout the 5 weeks she/he will learn simple poses and tricks, eventually putting these building blocks together into a beautiful and fluid movement of expression.
Each 5-week intensive will focus on a specific concentration to guide you through your journey in aerial fabric. All students must be able to successfully complete each of our required concentrations to be able to attend our upper level classes & workshop offerings.
It is HIGHLY recommended to take the basic concentrations in chronological order to help students understand what it takes to successfully gain the proper skills to move through an aerial fabric practice with more ease and grace, but it is not required.
