Join us for an exciting and transformative 8-week journey with Tahoe Flow Arts & Fitness’ Health & Wellness Challenge. This challenge is designed to support your physical and mental well-being through a comprehensive approach that includes fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness.

- Complete Initial & Final Assessments
- Attend a Starting Assessment at the beginning of the Challenge.
- Complete a Final Assessment at the end to measure your progress and results.
- Participate in At Least 3 Classes per Week
- Aim to show up consistently for three (3) classes, trainings, or sessions each week of the Challenge, and give it your all in class.
- Attend the Goal-Smashing Workshop
- Be present and engage in this workshop, where you’ll clarify your goals and map out a winning strategy.
- Choose & Attend At Least One Special Session
- Select at least one special-focus session—such as one-on-one coaching, skill-building, or recovery—and attend it in full.
- Join the Weekly Challenges
- Complete each week’s assigned mini-challenge to stay motivated, accountable, and progressing toward your goals.
- Weekly Community Check-Ins
- Use our Slack channel to check in every week—share wins, ask questions, or offer support. This step is essential for staying connected and on track.
- Follow Through for the Entire Duration
- We highly encourage you to see the Challenge through from start to finish to get the best possible results.
- Note: If you do not complete all the above tasks, you’re still welcome to participate, but you will not be eligible for a refund.
