New to Aerial? Start Here!
If you’re brand new to aerial and want to dip your toes (or hang upside down) before committing to a full course, check out our beginner-friendly drop-in classes:
- Aerial Drop-In Basics – A safe and supportive intro class for anyone new to aerial.
- Aerial Yoga – A perfect way to build strength, flexibility, and confidence in the air using the aerial hammock.
These classes are non-commitment-based and ongoing, meaning you can drop in anytime. Check out our full schedule.
Pro Tip for New Students:
We highly recommend our $69 Unlimited Intro Pass, which gives you one month of unlimited drop-in classes, aerial open gym, and full gym access! This is the best way to explore all that aerial has to offer before committing to a course.
Ready to Commit? Take a Foundations Course!
If you’re serious about learning aerial and want to see real progress, our Foundations Courses are where the magic happens!
- Multi-week, commitment-based courses with a structured curriculum.
- Courses generally come out to about $33 per class and must be paid upfront.
- Courses rotate throughout the year—sign up here.
These courses build a strong foundation in aerial, helping you move safely and confidently while having a ton of fun!
Intermediate & Advanced Students: Time to Level Up!
If you’ve got some aerial experience and want to join classes like Tricks & Technique or Dynamic Alignment, you’ll need an assessment to make sure you’re placed in the right level. This ensures you’re getting the best instruction for your current skill set while staying safe.
Aerial Open Gym: Practice Makes Progress!
Once you’ve taken at least one aerial class, you can join Aerial Open Gym for independent practice. This is your time to refine your skills, work on conditioning, and get extra time in the air!
Important notes for Open Gym:
- No instruction is provided—this is self-guided training.
- Available to anyone who has attended at least one aerial class.
Show Off Your Skills in Our Student Showcases!
- Holiday Bazaar (Winter) – A festive aerial showcase during our annual holiday event.
- Day of Healing Arts (Spring) – A beautiful celebration of movement, creativity, and self-expression.
Want to perform? Here’s what you need to know:
- You must have completed at least one Foundations Course.
- You must be enrolled in a Performance Course (found on our Courses page).
- Performances require extra commitment and rehearsals—but they’re an incredible experience and SO much fun!
