Our Aerial Program is thoughtfully designed to provide students with a strong, safe foundation for their aerial journey. It primarily consists of commitment-based courses that run for 4–6 weeks, allowing students to build skills and progress in a focused, uninterrupted setting.
Rather than learning a mix of unrelated skills each week, students follow logical progressions guided by our instructors. This approach helps them develop strength, body awareness, and confidence. Unlike many other programs, our students gain a solid understanding of aerial theory and foundational techniques. They learn how wraps work—and how they can go wrong—making it easier to master more advanced sequences later on.
For those unable to commit to a full course, we offer a weekly all-levels drop-in class. This is a great option for first-timers, visitors, or anyone with or without prior experience. Be sure to check out our aerial workshops and other specialty one-time offerings as well.
Please note that while the following courses are our core offerings, not all of them are scheduled every session.
