Fall is one of our favorite seasons at Tahoe Flow Arts & Fitness. As summer winds down and routines start to settle back in, the studio starts to wake back up — and this year, Autumn Ascent is the centerpiece of our fall season.

Along with the Challenge, September brings a full schedule of fitness, yoga, Pilates, aerial, dance, youth programs, workshops, and gym access. Whether you’re returning after a busy Tahoe summer or joining us for the first time, here’s what’s happening.

Autumn Ascent Is Back

Our Autumn Ascent Challenge is designed to help you get consistent, build momentum, and head into winter feeling stronger.

This isn’t about perfection or turning your life upside down. It’s about showing up, using the studio, trying different ways to move, and giving yourself a little extra accountability as we transition into fall.

Participants will have opportunities to focus on:

  • Class consistency
  • Strength and fitness
  • Body composition
  • Personal training
  • Nutrition and health coaching
  • Goal setting and accountability
  • Building sustainable habits before winter

We’ll also be offering beginning and ending assessments so participants who want measurable goals can track progress throughout the Challenge.

If summer has knocked you out of your normal routine, Autumn Ascent is your invitation to get back into one.

Early Bird registration is available for a limited time, and we recommend signing up early so you can get your assessment scheduled and be ready to go from the start.

Your Fall Class Schedule

Autumn Ascent participants can take advantage of the variety Tahoe Flow is known for, and our regular fall schedule gives you plenty of ways to move throughout the week.

Classes include:

  • Strength & Conditioning
  • FITCamp
  • Pilates and Pilates Fusion
  • TRX
  • Stretch and mobility
  • Yoga, including Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Yin-yasa
  • Yogalates
  • Lunch Crunch
  • Karate for youth and adults
  • Aerial Yoga
  • Open Aerial Gym

You don’t have to train the same way every day to make progress. Lift one day, stretch the next, take yoga later in the week, and add something completely different when you feel like it.

That variety is part of what makes Tahoe Flow, Tahoe Flow.

Gym Memberships: Get Set Up Before Fall Gets Busy

Fall and winter are some of our busiest seasons for gym memberships.

New gym members must schedule a membership appointment before receiving gym access. We’ll show you the space, review expectations, and make sure you know how everything works.

A reminder: we do not offer a gym-only membership. Our memberships are designed around access to the broader Tahoe Flow experience, including our class schedule.

Specialty Aerial Workshops

On Saturday, September 19, Sara Visvader will be offering:

Aerial Loops Magic
11:00am–12:30pm

Duo Aerial Loops
12:30–2:00pm

Workshops are a great way to explore a new apparatus, learn from a visiting instructor, or dive deeper into a skill without committing to a full course.

Courses vs. Drop-In Classes

Most of our regular fitness, yoga, Pilates, and movement classes are drop-in friendly. Reserve the classes that work with your schedule using your membership or class pack.

Our courses, especially many aerial, dance, and youth programs, run for a defined number of weeks and require separate enrollment.

Because courses build skills progressively from week to week, attendance matters. Aerial courses also have limited capacity because of equipment, spotting, and safety requirements, so register early if there’s something you want to take.

Fall Gets Busy — Book Ahead

Tahoe has its seasons, and the studio does too.

As temperatures cool and people start moving back indoors, attendance picks up. We strongly recommend booking your classes in advance through MINDBODY.

It helps us plan, helps our teachers prepare, and makes sure there’s a spot waiting for you when you arrive.

If you’re enrolled in a course, workshop, membership, or Challenge, please also read your confirmation and receipt. Important information about your registration, policies, and what to expect is included there.

Make This Your Fall to Get Back Into It

You don’t need to become a completely different person this fall.

You may just need a little structure, some accountability, a place to move, and a reason to keep showing up.

That’s exactly what Autumn Ascent is here for.

Come train, stretch, fly, dance, practice, and build some momentum with us before winter arrives.

We’ll see you at the studio.
