Our indoor facility is RE-OPEN. All existing gym memberships are reactivated and your door codes are re-instated. In order to maintain an as relatively safe environment as possible for our clients, we will be limiting gym access to existing members, personal training clients, and clients with unlimited gym and class access only. We will not be selling day or week passes for a gym membership or stand-alone gym membership only until further notice. Due to countywide and statewide roll back in our indoor facility is CLOSED until further notice. Gym memberships are temporarily on hold until we are able to re-open our indoor facility, and will be reactivated as soon as we can re-open.
If you have specific questions about your membership, or would like to discuss alternative options (outdoor gym use by appointment, personal training, classes, etc…) send us an email and we will discuss options on a case by case basis.
We will update members on re-opening via email and our social media.

Outdoor and virtual classes, training, and private instruction are still available and still abide by the existing guidelines stated below. See Participant Expectations and Staff Precautions for more info.

We are excited to announce the reopening Tahoe flow Arts and Fitness gym, fitness and yoga classes!! Starting tomorrow June 11th 2020 Placer County has announced our movement into phase 3 reopening which includes fitness facilities. All clients with current gym access memberships at the time of closing in March will find their membership reactivated and their door code reinstated as of tomorrow Friday June 11th 2020. Participant Expectations

All gym members and class participants may be subject to a touchless temperature scan upon entry the indoor facility.

If you have a fever, symptoms of respiratory infection or I’ve been in contact with anyone with covid-19, please stay home and take good care you will not be permitted in our classes or facility until 14 day quarantine elapses and you are cleared by your physician.

Members are encouraged to be mindful and practice 6 foot or more social distancing.

Members are encouraged to wash your hands vigorously and frequently with soap and warm water.

Members are encouraged to use hand sanitizer that’s 60% alcohol, several sanitizing stations have been created throughout the facility to assist in this practice.
Members are encouraged to wipe down any surface they come in contact with, with supplied cleaning solutions and single-use wipes that are provided.

Members are encouraged to avoid touching their face.

Members are encouraged to wear gloves and a mask when possible, reasonable and safe. A member should not endanger themselves by restricted breathing during strenuous exercise or exertion.

For the time being we will not provide mats, towels, or other personal use items. Members and class participants are encouraged to bring their own water bottle and water, mat, chalk or rosin, etc…

Monthly mat rental will be available for $20.

Members are encouraged to maintain social distancing and not share any equipment within the facility or in a class or group setting. Members may bring equipment outside for use in “the garden” during their workout as long as a class is not in session.‍

Staff Precautions‍

Tahoe flow Arts and fitness staff have been supplied with instruction to keep our members as reasonably safe as possible. Staff will wear masks when teaching if possible and while working around the facility and with clients in the office or retail capacity. Staff will follow proper hand and surface sanitizing protocols.

Teachers trainers and instructors will practice hands-off queuing.

During staffed hours the facility will be regularly cleaned at 2 hour intervals and upon arriving and leaving.

Security camera live feed and footage will be used to ensure after hours adherence to safety recommendations.

Additional signage has been placed around the facility to remind our members in a friendly manner of our safety recommendations.

During staffed hours the facility doors and windows will be opened (and we’ve got a lot of them) to ensure continuous ventilation, air turn over, and UV exposure to surfaces.

New Membership

For the time being ALL new membership will only be available by appointment. New membership appointments can be made through our mind body appointment system here.

Fitness and Yoga Classes

Our Fitness and yoga classes are now open for drop insclass packs, or unlimited memberships. Check out our schedule here and come join us in the garden for the safest possible class experience!

Or join us remotely or are virtual classes anywhere, check the schedule for the word virtual and sign up to receive your class link 60 minutes before class. Virtual classes are FREE the month of June.

All previous class precautions will be observed including no equipment sharing, no pre or post class loitering, social distancing, and sanitation station availability.
